Question on the time of Supreme Court ECI’s election roll amendment

Dwivedi said that with the passage of time, there is a need to modify the electoral rolls to include voter names or look into exclusion, there is a practice to do so with the head.
He asked in return, if the ECI did not have the power to modify the electoral role, then who did it.
The pole panel, however, assured the apex court that no one would be left out of the list of voters, without any opportunity.
Earlier in the day, the apex court began hearing a batch to challenge a special intensive amendment (SIR) of the Election Commission (SIR) in the electoral role to challenge a special intensive amendment (SIR).
Senior advocate Gopal Shankaranarayan, who was present for one of the petitioners, said that the amendment of the election rolls can be allowed under the representation of the People’s Act.
He said that the entire head will cover about 7.9 crore citizens, and even before the voter ID and Aadhaar card is not being considered.
More than 10 petitions have been filed in the Supreme Court, one of which includes the Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR), an NGO, said the prominent petitioner said.

The Lok Sabha gives a legal node to expand the President’s rule in Manipur

On July 28, Wednesday, the Lok Sabha passed a resolution, approving the expansion of the President’s rule in Manipur for one and six months beyond August 13, in which the government claimed that peace is prevalent in the northeastern state.
There may be a great evidence of peace compared to the fact that since the President’s rule was implemented, only one has been an ambush in the last four months with only one casualties, the Minister of State Nityanand Rai asked.
He said that it is important to rule the President in Manipur to ensure that peace is established.
“I want to say that peace is prevalent there … Law and order situation is also under control. Through dialogue to establish permanent peace, full efforts are being made to remove differences between the two ethnic communities,” he said.

Jaishankar announces at the end – and blames Nehru

On 9 May, Jaishankar said that US vice -president JD Vance had called Prime Minister Modi to warned him that in the US evaluation, a large -scale Pakistani attack would take place in the next few hours.

“I want to clarify that between 22 April and 16 June, there was no phone between President Trump and Prime Minister Modi,” he claimed.

25 percent tariff from 1 August

However, in a social media post, the US President described India as a “friend”.
