PML-N Senator Irfan Siddiqui indicated that the government could not arrest him on arrival, but the law will take its course if the PTI is involved in the protest movement. “In my personal opinion, as the government has not yet taken any official stand, Suleman and Qasim should be allowed to come. They should complete their activities,” he said.

He told a private news channel that Khan’s sons spent their entire life abroad, so they would be well aware of “a protest, how to stage, and boundaries we cannot cross”.

“In my opinion, Khan’s sons should not be deprived of this right. If they want to run a movement for their father, they need. However, if they come here and cross the boundaries of laws, they will also be ready for it, knowing that if we are fighting laws, the law will take their courses,” Siddiqui said.

Qasim recently posted her father on X about “completely cut” to his father. He has not addressed the matter of involvement in Pakistan’s politics.
