“In principle, Israel cannot expand one hand in international water and carry out whatever action he can take against a ship there,” he said.

Israeli’s Foreign Ministry spokesman Oren Marmorsstein said that “whatever was done was done according to international law,” referring to the acquisition of the ship.

Gaza and Israel’s obligations under international law

Rights groups say that legal questions are complicated by Gaza’s unique situation.

Most people from the United Nations and International Community see Gaza as Israeli -occupied areas, as well as Eastern Jerusalem and West Bank, all of which captured Israel in the Middle East War of 1967. Palestinians want three areas to build their future status.

Israel argues that it returned from Gaza in 2005, when it took out its soldiers and settling, even though it maintained control over Gaza’s beach, airspace and most of its land border. Hamas, who does not accept the existence of Israel, seized power in Gaza after two years.

Amnesty International says that Israel is responsible for the power to capture to ensure that the Palestinians in Gaza have sufficient access to the human supply, some amnesty says that it was not preventing Madleen through Israel.

Amnesty and other groups see the seizure of Madeline as part of an expedition by Israel throughout the war to limit or completely reject the aid in Gaza.

I told him: deal,” Trump said. “So I don’t know. I am not much in the mood to talk.”

The Republican President, who said that he plans to meet with advisors in the situation room, gradually create a public affair for a more direct American role in the conflict. Their innings comes in tone as the US has rebuilt warships and military aircraft in the region if the conflict between Israel and Iran moves forward.
