Congress attacked EC, it crossed all boundaries of ‘shameless’

On Saturday, August 16, the Congress dropped out of the Election Commission of India (ECI), alleging that it “crossed all boundaries” and claiming that a constitutional authority such as the pole panel is expected to be a symbol of possibility rather than protecting from allegations of irregularities in the electoral role.
Congress General Secretary (Organization) KC Venugopal said that if the Election Commission claims to welcome the election investigation, the Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) and other Election Commissioners will have to explain why they stop machine-elective electoral rolls and CCTV footage from political parties.
In a post on X, Venugopal accused the ECI of crossing all the boundaries of Shamless by reducing his responsibilities in front of “vote theft and large -scale rigging allegations. “He said that constitutional authorities are expected to be” symbol of probability “and” should not hide behind press notes, an unclear draft to hide his role in reducing democracy “.
In response to allegations of protest against molestation of voter data, the Election Commission said that some political parties did not investigate the election role on “appropriate time”. The Commission said that it welcomes the investigation of rolls to assist the authorities in identifying and correcting any defect.
The ECI has crossed all the boundaries of shamelessness by shrinking all its responsibilities in front of the serious allegations of vote theft and large -scale rigging.

Venugopal said that on holding their vote theft scale and quantity, Onas cannot be on political parties and its blas.
He said that the ECI claims that “extreme transparency is the identity of electoral rolls preparations”.
Venugopal questioned whether these actions were in line with ECI’s claim to “promote extreme transparency,”, “refusing the parties to the parties, refusing the machine-elective electoral rolls, removing the already uploaded draft head rolls, removing the CCTV footage within 45 days, to discuss with the Commission.”
Sharing the press note of the Election Commission, Venugopal said that his voice and tenner only raised doubt that the ECI would not take any concrete steps to allegedly “mass-polled the vote rigging BJP-controlled ECI” to overcome public concerns.
Venugopal said, “If ECI really welcomes the investigation of the election role,” the Chief Election Commissioner and other ECS should explain why they stop the machine-elective electoral rolls from the parties and why CCTV footage is being removed. “
In a statement, the EC said that after the draft voters’ list is published, the duration of increasing claims and objections is the appropriate time for parties to flagged down defects.
“It seems that some political parties and their booth level agents (Blas) did not investigate the electoral rolls at the appropriate time and if no one, did not indicate the errors.”
The EC said that recently, some political parties and individuals raised issues about errors in electoral rolls, including electoral roles prepared in the past.

Derek O’Brien says that CMS fails to motivate confidence under the JPC, 30-day arrest on PM.

As many opposition parties have announced that they will not participate in the Joint Parliamentary Committee, who will look into the new bills proposed to remove the Prime Minister, Chief Ministers and other ministers, if arrested for 30 days, Trinamool Congress leader Derek O’Brien said on Friday that the panel does not motivate trust.
He listed examples of opposition objections to Joint Parliamentary Committees (JPC), which usually dominate the MLAs of the ruling party.
In a blog of six reasons published on Friday, why ‘six reasons why JPCS do not Inspolar Confidence’, the Rajya Sabha leader cited the previous cases, where the opposition raised objections before the JPC.
Referring to the joint panel formed in 1987 to investigate the Bofors contract scam, he said that six major opposition parties boycotted the committee as most of its members were from the Congress.
He said, “Two parties are still BJP allies: Telugu Desam Party (TDP) and Asom Gan Parishad (AGP). The report of the committee submitted in 1988 was rejected by the opposition (non-Congress) to be biased,” he said.
The TMC leader also referred to the JPC set up in 2013 to investigate the Augusta Westland VVIP Choppers case. When the proposal for its formation was passed in the Rajya Sabha, the then leader of the opposition Arun Jaitley said that it was written by the government.
Since 2014, Parliament has established 11 JPCs, O’Bheen said, saying that the proposal for formation of JPC was adopted in seven cases on the last day of the session. “Conversely, between 2004 and 2014, three JPCs were installed, no set on the last day,” he said.
The TMC leader also indicated a recent report of a JPC on the Waqf Amendment Bill, which was introduced in Parliament after rebuating the opposition’s dissatisfaction notes.
He said, “After the outspoken protests by the opposition, BJP MP Medha Kulkarni, who reported in the Rajya Sabha in the morning, had to be taken to the post of a corerigandam for Appendix 5, which included notes that were re -included,” he wrote.
