Swiss federal prosecutors finally ended their case after 10 years on Thursday and former UEFA president Michel Platini and acquitted after two tests.

The Office of Attorney General of Switzerland said that it would not appeal to the acquittal in the court for both men in March.

The first test was on charges of fraud, forgery, mismanagement and FIFA’s misuse of more than $ 2 million in 2011 in 2022.

Payment of FIFA money to Platini emerged in 2015 during a federal investigation by federal investigators in the United States and Switzerland.

The allegations, which had not been proved twice in Swiss courts, removed both men from the office and held elections in 2016, who established Jiyani Infantino as the chairman of FIFA and Alexander Saferin as the chairman of UEFA.
