Abhishek criticized the center for ‘lack’ of accountability on Pahalgam attack

“The way the nation stood together despite its caste, creed, religion and political intimacy, celebrating the victory of righteousness and saluting the valor and sacrifice of our armed forces, why was the feelings of 140 million Indians disregard?” He claimed.
In his fifth and final question, Banerjee criticized the diplomatic efforts of the government after the initiative incident.
“After reaching 33 countries in the last one month, how much explicit support for India?” He asked.
Banerjee questioned why, instead of being a sensor, Pakistan received global support.
“If we are actually a world guru and the fourth largest economy in the world, the IMF and the World Bank soon after Pakistan’s attack, why did 1 billion to Pakistan and USD 40 billion USDs approved in financial assistance and long -term investment? TMC leader asked.
He said, “More shocking: Why Pakistan was appointed as the vice-president of the Anti-Terrorism Committee of the UN Security Council, barely a month later?”
Banerjee concluded the post with a stinging comment on foreign policy expenses.
He said, “2000000000000 (two lakh crore rupees) in the last 10 years have been spent in foreign affairs. The Indian public is entitled to transparency, accountability and results – silence and spin! The nation is waiting for a reaction,” he said.

Congress workers sell cows, wave black flags on CM

Opposition Congress workers on Monday waved black flags in the convoy of Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa in the convoy of Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, as they were opposing the alleged sales of 90 Gir cows, which were purchased by the government, including individuals, including the minister’s wife. Police said four people were detained in connection with the incident.
The Congress party started protests by the state government at all district headquarters against the alleged sales of cows purchased during the 2022-23 financial year for its Garukuti Agricultural Project.
Public Health Engineering Department Minister Jayant Malla Barua recently claimed that 90 of these cows were sold to private individuals as they were “insufficient infrastructure” at home. Subsequently, a list was released which showed that the minister’s wife allegedly bought 20 of these cows.
Apart from protest, the Congress also filed complaints at various police stations, demanding action against the alleged “abuse, deception and corruption” of public property in connection with the purchase of cows for the project.
The Chief Minister, who was on a day visit to Golaghat, later told reporters: “Congress will have to protest. How will they live otherwise? I really appreciate that they came out to protest in this summer. He too will have to answer his leaders, “he said.
Referring to the sales of cows, Sarma said that it is surprising that a party supporting ‘Qurbani’ during Eid is now protesting against cows that were rescued and given shelter. “This is the ‘religion’ of the BJP to protect cows and some of them have done. The Congress has no moral right to oppose it, “he said.
