When multi-time heavyweight champion Tyson Fury recently shared a video of training himself in the gym with coach Sugarhill Steward and said, “You know what is coming,” speculation said that the fury will end its retirement, probably to face Anthony Joshua in a long time in a long time. Fury threw cold water on those hopes with a video posted on Instagram on Saturday.
“I listen to a lot of Gypsy king’s return to boxing. For whom I will return? More boxing belt? I have won 22 of them,” Fury said. “But I am happy, I am happy, satisfied with what I have achieved, what I have completed. I am all over the world and have come back again.”
Fury declared his retirement from boxing in January, facing a second consecutive defeat against Olexander UCIC. Although this can be a suitable time for a retirement, the first disadvantage of its professional career has been best done by usyk, many people realized that it would not be a stick.
Finally, Fury had announced his retirement several times before:
- November 2013: Furry announced that he retired after David Hey returned to a two -time employed quarrel. Fury used to fight after three months.
- October 2016: Fury, an integrated heavyweight champion, declared his retirement to deal with mental health conflicts. He would declare that he did not retire hours later, although he would follow with a significant period out of the ring, empty his titles in the process.
- August 2017: Fury, still out of action, again claimed that he was retiring from the game. By the end of the year, UK Anti-Doping resolved the pending doping charges against Furry and British Boxing Board of Control and restored Fury’s license. He will return his in-ring in May 2018.
- April 2022: Fury announced his retirement in the ring after protecting a successful WBC title with a knockout by Dillian White. He would fight the next time from December, the third time Derek will beat Chisora.
With the matter of fighting with Joshua again in recent months, it seemed as if fury could still return retirement again.
However, the fury in Saturday’s video remained stable.
“And this is what the Gypsy looks like a retirement for the king,” Fury said while sharing places with her holiday in Como, Italy. “I am not very dilapidated. I am not hasty to come back to boxing and punch my face. What will I do? What will I do? I ask the question. So we are here. I am retired and I am retiring. I have not found anything to prove anyone and nothing is there for it.”
